I am a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Transformational Leader and Reiki Master.

I am passionate when it comes to helping you change your life for the better.

Over many years I have helped clients from all walks of life: to lose weight; stop smoking; overcome anxiety and depression. I have provided assistance with PTSD and phobias, including fear of flying, public speaking and performance anxiety.

Hypnosis may also provide some benefit for those suffering from IBS, Menopause, Harmonal Imbalances and Chronic pain, For example, one techniques includes

teaching an easy self-hypnosis technique aimed at helping you to achieve focus, relax and manage your stress level whatever challenging situation you may find yourself in.

Hypnosis can also be a wonderful support tool for those wanting to improve sporting and exam performance, those under work pressure and stress, or embarking on fertility programs.

I also love working with children and seeing them become so much happier and free of their anxiety.

Remember you really must want to change those old habits, and results of hypnosis may vary from person to person.

I’ve been working with alternative therapies for many years, travelling the world to study with some of the most reputable people in the fields of hypnotherapy and wellness. Some include Dr Michael Yapko, Don Miguel Ruiz, Wayne Dwyer, Gregg Bradden, ,Dolores Cannon, Stephen Brooks, plus many others. I enjoy studying both the scientific evidence based work and also the wonderful story telling part of hypnosis.

– I travelled to Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand and completed a Diploma in Indirect Hypnosis, Eriksonian Hypnotherapy and Hypnotic Language with Clients, a form of hypnotherapy developed by the world renowned US Psychiatrist, Dr Milton Erickson.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, I regularly travel around Australia to consult with clients.
