- Nath W Added August 09, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Once again another KFC South Perth fail. After waiting in the drive through line for some twenty minutes which started at 8.20pm I placed my order and was told they had two pieces of hot and spicy left.
I told them I was happy to wait for hot and spicy but was told they wouldn't be cooking anymore. It was at this time that ice given them a fairly good spray about this and previous times being a service failure as far as I was concerned.
I also mentioned how many moons ago I was a previously employee so was aware of cooking times and how a quality KFC franchise should be operating.
Low and behold they then decided to cook more chicken.
As a customer I shouldn't have to wait all that time to be fed mediocrity. It's a simple job really. Receive chicken, prepare chicken, cook chicken, and place in a container.
Lift your game.
